Yoga on the Wild Mile with Elizabeth Brandon

  • Wild Mile 905 W Eastman St Chicago United States (map)

Join Elizabeth Brandon for a nature-inspired yoga flow on June 15th at 10 am on the Wild Mile dock. All are welcome here. Please bring a mat, water, and a suggested donation to support Urban Rivers's year-round programming.

Elizabeth Brandon (she/they) has been practicing yoga off and on since elementary school, making her dad take Yoga Stretch class with her at the gym. Since then, they've studied the power of yoga as a full-body meditation for cultivating strength and self-compassion while respecting yoga’s historical and philosophical roots. Elizabeth completed her 200-hour Teacher Training at Tula Yoga Studio in Chicago, IL, apprenticing under Mara Goldfine. With a background in dance, she approaches her mat as a creative practice to reconnect with your body and your breath while having a bit of fun. When Elizabeth isn’t teaching or practicing yoga, she likes making art, kayaking, reading, and enjoying live music.
